We visit your home on the same scheduled day and remove all pet waste from your yard. By default, waste is placed in your on-site trash can. Haul-away service is available as an add-on if you prefer removal. You’ll receive a text when we’re on the way and when the job is done.

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. We’ll send confirmation after each visit, including a photo of your closed gate.

That’s usually no problem. We love dogs! Our team is comfortable working around friendly dogs. If your dog is aggressive or anxious, we ask that they’re secured during service.

Our standard service focuses on the backyard, where most dogs go. We remove all visible pet waste that can be safely seen and accessed during the visit. If your dog also uses the front yard, you can add front yard cleaning for a small add-on fee — or request front yard service instead at no extra charge. To keep visits efficient, we don’t move objects, remove leaves, or search under debris.

Unfortunately not. Service days are generally fixed. Like trash collection, we run efficient routes to serve many customers each week. To keep pricing affordable, we typically can’t accommodate individual day changes.
